I studied law at the University of Rijeka in Croatia, including a semester in Genova, Italy, then worked at a fancy law firm before realizing my skills were better suited elsewhere. The organizational thinking from law turned out to be exactly what I needed for keeping businesses on track.For more than five years now, I work as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager for SaaS companies and digital agencies. I help founders stay on top of operations, coordinate projects from kickoff to delivery, and turn big ideas into concrete action plans. I also manage short-term vacation rentals on Airbnb and Booking.com and consult with real estate agencies on rental strategies.My work includes managing calendars and inboxes, writing SOPs, coordinating teams across time zones, handling guest communications and stakeholder reporting, and making sure everything actually gets done.When I'm not working, I'm usually hiking Croatian mountains with my Hungarian Vizsla, Zika, or taking care of my plant collection (my balcony looks like a small jungle!).Fun fact: I can't stand clutter.
